Question: Is Active Joy Boutique an online consignment shop?

Answer: Nope! Almost all of our inventory is rescued from the warehouse centers and it's in perfectly good or brand new condition. Many items still have the original tags still on them! Even with the tags still on, you may see a mark through the INSIDE tag to prevent store returns. You may find some items that were returned to a retailer after being worn, but if it's not in excellent condition, we wouldn't sell it to you. The activewear brands we resell, rarely go "on sale," so we are thrilled to pass along our savings to you for these high quality items. Even when some of these brands do go on sale, my price is typically lower!

Question: How long will it take to get my order?

Answer: We are shipping out of the central/mid-west area of the United States so most orders will only take 2 - 3 days. Occasionally, one of our carriers can get backed up due to all the challenges that come with this pandemic such as high volumes of direct-to-consumer ordering and deliveries or not enough employees due to illness. 

Please note that if you are using PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Facebook Pay, your order may take a few extra days to process the payment and may delay your order. 

Once your payment is processed, we will pick, pack and ship your order. Creating a shipping label will automatically create a shipping confirmation email and send you a tracking number from the carrier for your item(s). 

Question: Can I return my order?

Answer: Yes, if you are within 7 days of receiving your order from Active Joy Boutique and you're not completely satisfied, you can return and exchange your purchased items for an Active Joy credit or another product. Simply reach out with our Contact Us form with your exchange or credit request and please include your order number in your message for expedited service. 

Due to the extreme savings with Active Joy, there are no refund options available at this time but we want you to be 100% happy with your activewear from Active Joy; please work with us to make things right!
