Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

If you need to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns, exchanges, and store credit within 5 days of receiving your items. You can return your product for a store credit or different product of the same value; no refunds are given at this time due to extreme cost savings offered. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • Items that state FINAL SALE in the product title are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or given store credit
  • Returned items must have tags still attached
  • Returned items with tags attached must have no visible signs of damage, wear or use
  • We do not cancel orders after they have been placed
  • We do not accept Swimwear returns
  • Multiple or habitual return practices will not be honored
  • Rude or abusive correspondence with our staff will not be tolerated
  • Active Joy Boutique has the right to refuse any return deemed to be dishonest in nature or an attempt of fraud

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Fill out the Contact Us form and let us know which item(s) you want to return; please include the Order number in your message. You can find this number on the original confirmation email you received upon purchase
  2. Work with our team to receive store credit or exchange your item for a different one; we want you to be happy with your purchase
  3. Send returnable items to: Active Joy Returns, 2335 Buttermilk Crossing, Suite 351, Crescent Springs, KY 41017
  4. Please keep in mind that we operate during standard business hours. Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST. Returns are only processed during these hours. Your patience is appreciated!
